Video: Slow-Motion Bullet At A Million Frames Per Second

Sure, the video of a bullet hitting the surface at a million frames-per-second is short lived; but who cares? It’ totally awesome. Never have you been able to see such incredible detail, and look ma’, the bullet separates like string cheese. I freaking love slow-motion!

The above video was taken with the Shimadzu HPV-1 and records AVI’s at 312×260. It even has a dual-camera option which allows a user to record 3D Video (Analglyph). Grab more specs over at Kurzzeit.
