Miami Social: What Happened On The Season Premier?

So, what happened on the season premier of Miami Social? A lot! The show has seven new cast members, all outrageous, beautiful, and very-very wealthy. So lets jump right into it!

The season premier started off with George and his girlfriend Lina. They have a love-hate relationship and it loos like Lina may be a little crazy. Yeah, I said it. Crazy. She’s a little over-the-top and likes throwing shoes. I guess it’s normal for a mid-life crisis?

Following this beautiful scenery: Maria, Katrina and Sorah laying on the beach. We finally find out what happened with George and Sorah’s previous merriage and someone couldn’t keep his little Mr. in his pants. Yeah, he cheated on Sorah. It’s very unfortunate. We also find out Maria is a little sex kitten, saying she turned hornier when she hit 30.

Maria and Michael (the gay guy) went to the spa and got a pedicure. They started off very flirty with Michael checking out the junk in her trunk. At one point, Maria pointed out the wrinkles on his forehead and we find out that Michael is very self conscious. We also find out Maria has a daughter who shes sending to a boarding school.

Now we’re introduced to the real Ariel. He is casting models for an event that Hardy is planning. It was rather disgusting watching him cast the models. He was very cocky and incredibly conceited. There was even one point where he asked a model (girl) if they’ve made out before. He also was licking the air like a lizard or snake when he saw the guys. Creep.

George was at work texting his girl, Lina, and wanted to see if she wanted to go for a run. Fast forward to him and her leaving their condo. Lina had apparently been drinking and they got into a fight. Trying to win him over, she comes out as “Lina #2″ with a hot pink skirt and gets George  in the mood. She was talking sweet nothings like, “Is there anything I can do to cheer you up?” Boing. He then talks to the camera and said they fight all the time, but who cares, they have great sex.

Katrina, the real estate agent, was at her clients home, Carlos Booser (?), who bought the home from A-Rod. They priced the home at $9 million – woo-hoo! Ben was there, her husband. Michael called her asking for advice on a guy who never called him. He sounds very desperate for a man. But, the kicker was when he asked her about Ben and she said they’ll have to talk about that later. He invites her to lunch and she agreed. Katrina and Michael met for lunch in South Beach, Miami. Michael asked Katrina about Ben and they are getting a divorce. They are still the best of friends and will remain business partners. She said basically nothing is changing. She’s a work-a-holic and can’t balance her life. Michael then called Maria and spilled the beans about their divorce. He actually tells her to tell everyone else. Smart move? Probably not.

Lina and George are talking in front of a sunset about her leaving for a business trip to New York. Yawn.

We’re now at Hardy’s house and we get to meet his girlfriend of six years. Him and a few friends are sitting having a glass of wine. He’s talking about his upcoming event and heads off to take a shower and put on his sexy outfit. He definitely is Mr. Hot on the show. Fast forward to his Puma golf line launch event. Ariel kicks out a “fat” girl and calls her “tarantula head.” Classy. George and Lina talked about their sex life, of course.

The next day Michael calls Katrina about his crush on his personal trainer. He invites her to come to a training session to see what she thinks.

George calls and looks for Lina at the hotel she was supposed to stay at in New York. They don’t have anyone arriving with that name so he calls her cell and finds out shes in France. He gets pissed, to say the least.

Katrina came to Michael’s house to go train and find out about his trainer. To bad for Michael he is taken. He leaves disappointed.

Back to George’s house. He calls up Sorah and needs to talk. She said she feels like she’s Georges shrink. He talks about how he can’t get a hold of Lina. She says Lina is lying to him and he needs to take the time to find someone else. He apologises for screwing up his previous relationship with Sorah and says he’s learned from it and will not do what he did to Sorah.

The entire group is meeting for a couple drinks. Ariel and Michael have issues. Michael calls Ariel a “bitch” and says he’s not sexy. Ariel talks about how it would be horrible to wake up ugly. Ben announces his divorce to the group.

George ends the Miami Social season premier by finally getting a call from Lina. She was at the airport in Miami wondering if he was on his way to pick her up. They don’t say if he did or not, but the show ends there. Lets hope not.
