Sorry, ladies. This one’s for the guys. While you may think the hottest nerd is Kari Byron; boy, do I have a new hottie for you. Her name is Marissa Mayer, and she works for Google.

No, she’s not the receptionist or office manager — she’s a coder! Yes, Google’s Eric Schmidt even credits her for building “the team that designs the products we all use.” Yowza!

Oh, and a little history: she’s the first female engineer at Google! Drool.
