Relive Ghost’s Most Memorable Sequence With ‘Unchained Melody’
May 30, 2010 by Troy
One of my all-time favorite movie is “Ghost.” I was very young when it came out but I can still remember everything about it; including Whoopi’s frizzy-ass hair. One of the most memorable sequences in the movie though, has to be when Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore where canoodaling while making pottery. It was at this moment I heard — for the first time — “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers. I have been in love with the song ever since.
So, in memory of Mr. Swayze and his unforgettable roll in Ghost, here’s Patrick himself, Demi Moore, Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers, and one of the most unforgettable love scenes ever filmed on video.
[Huge thanks to BlackBettyFan for posting this on Youtube!]

Kid Goes Out With His ‘Boots On’
Randy Houser should feel very, very happy. This kid is rocking out to “Boots on.” Don’t know who Randy Houser is? Well, he’s the one that sing that song (see original here). Although the two are not related, apparently the kid is the son of Dillion Dixon, a songwriter. With his new-found fame, looks like daddy should start writing for his son.

Imma Be Rocking That Body With The Black Eyed Peas
March 5, 2010 by Troy
Welcome to the future, ladies and gentlemen. A place ruled by the Black Eyed Peas. It’s not full of college students rocking out to “I Gotta Feeling.” Instead you’ll find a mashup of “Imma Be” and “Rock That Body“, breakdancing robots, futuristic motorcycles and the occasional dancing ray gun. Epic.

Rihanna ‘Rude Boy’ Music Video Hits The Web
February 11, 2010 by Troy
Rihanna’s new album is in full force and her latest music video for “Rude Boy” just hit the interwebs.
Rude Boy features Rihanna in mind-bending 80′s attire with multiple “BOM BOM BOM” and “WHAT WHAT WHAT” fly-ins. Best of all, the video features a seizure-enducing jugular shot (pictured above). What could be better? I guess the music? Nah.
Rude Boy is also topping the latest charts too. The Viral Video Chart shows this music video to be in the number one position today, beating out Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video and Google’s latest creation, Buzz. Check out the video after the break. Read more

Tiger Woods ‘Voicemail’ Remixed To Some Swanky Tunes
Tiger Woods — you know, that one golfer guy? He’s, like, all over the place; and not just because he’s an incredible golfer either. No, it’s because he allegedly decided to bang three girls while being married to one of the hottest female models in the world. People are even thinking he may retire from golf over this whole car crash incident. But there’s a bright side to all of it and I’m here to show you. It’s called the Tiger Woods Voicemail Slow Jam Remix. What’s better than Tiger Woods calling up a girl to tell her to remove her name off her phone so his wife won’t find out? Only one thing: remixing the entire audio to a slow jam with awesome background vocals. Oh. Yeah.

Lady Gaga “Bad Romance” Music Video Hits The Internet
November 15, 2009 by Troy
UPDATE: Finally found another video. Others have been pulled. Shoot me an email via the contact page if this one gets pulled.
Lady Gaga is looking for a “Bad Romance” on the net. No, she isn’t hitting up Match.com or eHarmony, but instead she’s looking for it on YouTube. Yes, the music video, which is embedded above, is the newest masterpiece from everyone’s new favorite hot blonde.
“Bad Romance” is everything you’d expect from a Lady Gaga music video. It’s got face masks, closeups of her eyes, crazy hair and her outrageous outfits. But, instead of wearing that crazy Kermit The Frog outfit, Gaga chose some out-of-this-world type numbers to fit with the space theme she had going on. And, even though there are some wacky costumes she pulls out of her hat, theres some mature ones as well. For the first time in a music video, Lady Gaga actually went topless. No, you perv, you don’t get to see it, but you do get to see some skin for sure.
What I like about the video is it’s polished look. Previous videos didn’t look like they had a hug budget but this one certainly does. It could be due in part that her album, “The Fame,” is a hit around the world. Lady Gaga is a true entertainer: she can sing, dance and looks pretty damn good doing it.

Chris Brown’s New CD Cover For ‘Graffiti’ Is Just Dumb

Whatever you want to call it, I call it dumb. This is Chris Brown‘s new CD cover for his upcoming album, Graffiti. Radar Online says they think it’s a “visual message to his critics” which would be stupid. If true, I hope his album flops — which possibly may not be too far from reality. Can he really be spraying the critics who hate domestic violence? Let’s hope it has another meaning.
Spraying aside, the image is just dumb itself. It makes Chris look like he’s got an awkward body shape and the tight clothes do not do him justice. Whoever designed this album cover needs to be fired. Period.

‘I Gotta Feeling’ These College Students Like Black Eyed Peas
September 26, 2009 by Troy
Because they just made the most kick-ass music video to “I Gotta Feeling,” EVER. I’m not quite sure what school exactly made this but there two sorts of awesome in this college music video: (1) they did the entire shoot in one take (no editing!) and (2) they have the coolest f***ing campus. I mean, they got a recording studio, a mall of some sorts, a hospital, they can drink liquor; I mean, this place looks like a fun place to be when studying, right? Black Eyed Peas should definitely take note and replace their current music video with the students’.
Alright, Americans: Quebec has thrown down the gauntlet. It’s up to you to take it to to the next level.

Video: Jay-Z and Alicia Keys “Empire State of Mind” from VMA 2009
September 23, 2009 by Troy
Sure, horrible things may have happened between Kanye and Taylor Swift but there was a bright side to the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. If you watched the award show all the way to the end you were treated with what is sure to be Jay-Z’s next single off his eleventh album. Yes, the song is called Empire State of Mind off his newest CD The Blueprint III. It was a huge hit after the show. I even went and purchased the single myself off iTunes and it’s currently ranked as the most popular song off the entire collection.
The only place to find Jay-Z and Alicia Keys singing Empire State of Mind is in the video above. MTV’s been eyeing YouTube looking for anyone infringing on their copyright. Enjoy. Oh — PS — I have no clue why Lil’ Mama got up on stage at the very end. Maybe a play on Kanye’s catastrophe?

‘Tardy For The Party’ By Kim Zolciak Leaked On The Internet?
September 17, 2009 by Troy
The cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta have been very vocal about Kim Zolciak‘s singing career. Most of it bad, but all centered around a track called “Tardy For The Party.” Well, above is the finished song, phat beats and all. According to YouTube user Dsofamous, this song is produced by the newest housewife, Kandi Burruss, who Kim asked to assist with the song on the television show.
Tardy For The Party was originally supposed to feature Kim and her co-star NeNe but apparently she never made it on the final version. Also, please note that there’s no way for us to know if this is the actual version Kandi and Kim made, but it’s rather convincing if you ask me. So, what do you think about Kim Zolciak’s “Tardy For the Party?”
