Theives Break In And Raid Apple Store In 31 Seconds

That’s exactly what five guys did with a brick in a Marlton, NJ Apple Store. The stolen property included 23 MacBook Pros, 14 iPhones, and 9 iPods. The news reporter notes that some of the devices cost more than $3,000 each.

These guys obviously knew what they were doing as you can see at one point in the video two of them were going down the isle in unison, grabbing everything they could hold. Police haven’t been able to identify the five males and local authorities are looking for public assistance.

Macbook ProWere you one of the people who purchased a MacBook Pro and started hearing clicking and beeping noises? *Cough* Sucks to be you. *Cough*. I mean — look! Apple heard your cries and has recently sent out an firmware update to fix that pesky annoying noise. You can download the update here, or just wait for the automatic update to kick in. Either way Apple promised a fix, and, well, there it is. Go them.

I may be a little biased, possibly due to my love/hate relationship with Apple, but making the switch from Microsoft to Apple just doesn’t seem right — yet. Lately, an irate number of MacBook Pro users have been diligently complaining on the Apple Forums that their Macbook Pro is making clicking or beeping noises (which is now fixed).
