This is the epitome of a great dog food commercial. It’s cute, cuddly, dogs in slow-motion. Albeit a bit long, but who can’t resist the soft flowing fur at 1,000 frames-per-second? Not I. I dare you to not smile. Koodos goes out to Pedigree for an awesome commercial.

Sure, the video of a bullet hitting the surface at a million frames-per-second is short lived; but who cares? It’ totally awesome. Never have you been able to see such incredible detail, and look ma’, the bullet separates like string cheese. I freaking love slow-motion!

I wish I owned a video camera that shot slow motion. You can make [just about] anything look cool when it’s being shot at 1,000 frames-per-second. I mean, just check out this video shot with a I-Movix SprintCam V3. Sure, it may take me 30 years to finally be able to afford one of these bad boys, but damn, if that’s not the coolest shit. I lub me some slow motion.

Amazing Video of Slow Motion Skateboarding

Mmm, slow motion. Looking around on Vimeo today I found this awesome video of slow motion skateboarding. Skateboarding never seemed so intricate. The music they chose is very suitable for this slow motion sequence.

Looking at the title, I searched the internet to find out “what’s a RED camera?” It’s basically a cheap version of movie cameras. And, when I say cheap, I mean $4,000. I guess that is cheap when compared to the $100,000’s the studios spend on them.
