So, Is The Answer To Tamara Barney’s Troubles Work?

Today’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County showed how many of the ladies are in financial woes. One such housewife, Tamara Barney, actually revealed that she is upside down on her home. We’ve already knew Tamara was attempting a short sale, but a surprising comment came from her “best friend,” Vicki Gunvalson. During a confessional — you know, the ones where they get each cast member alone to ask them questions — Vicki said that Tamara needs a job. I couldn’t agree more.

Many of the housewives are taken care of by their husbands and Tamara is one of them. She explained that her income has been reduced over the past two years and they aren’t making nearly as much as they were. So, why isn’t Tamara working? While I don’t know the answer to that, I couldn’t help but wonder: why isn’t she? Granted she has four children, but during the day, while they’re in school, why can’t she pick up some financial slack? There’s millions of women in the United States who are single working mothers and they’re still able to take care of their children, so why can’t Tamara?

Tamara Barney Selling Her Home As A Short Sale

I guess when your husband bedazzles you with diamond encrusted bracelets and fancy cars, his wallet takes a beating. In the latest saga surrounding the Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamara Barney is now selling her home as a short sale. What is a short sale? It’s when the bank accepts less than what is currently owed on the property. Not only that, but a short sale happens when the seller simply can’t afford the home itself. How’s that for reality? Tamara Barney In A Bikini

While everyone knows I hate Tamara on The Real Housewives of Orange County, I will say this: from a distance, she’s got a smoking hot body. While down at the beach in southern California, Tamara Barney was pictured in a bikini frolicking with her husband. The last time we saw them was when they were leaving a restaurant and shocked the world by announcing that one of the Real Housweives isn’t returning to the show.

For now we’ll just have to wait and see this in live action when season 5 of the Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo TV. Until then, someone needs to tell her hubby that he needs to start working out to keep up with Tamara.

Housewives of Orange County Season 5 Begins Taping, Missing Vicky or Jeana

In an exclusive video from Radar Online, one man caught up with Tamara Barney while out at dinner with her husband. The two were coming out of a restaurant after celebrating their 11-year anniversary. While walking to their car, the man started asking Tamara about season 5 of The Real Housewives of Orange County. She said that Season 5 will begin taping next month. The man, being quick on his feet, asked if all the cast members will be there. Tamara was quick to reply that [all but one] would be returning. She also noted that it’s an original cast member from The Real Housewives of Orange County. Ok, if it’s an original cast member, let’s do the math — shall we?

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 1 Cast List:

• Kimberly Bryant – No longer on the show – Not it
• Jo De La Rosa – No longer on the show – Not it
  
• Vicki Gunvalson – Still on the show
  
• Jeana Keough – Still on the show
• Lauri Waring – No longer on the show – Not it

So, that leaves us with Vicki Gunvalson and Jeana Keough. One of these two ladies will not be returning to the show. Can you guess which one it is? My bet is Jeana, just because she’s not technically a “housewive” anymore. That and Vicki loves attention.

Tamara Speaks Out About Gretchen’s Restraining Order

Man, Bravo TV must know they have a total killer show. Seriously, only this drama would happen on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Yesterday on RadarOnline, Tamara Barney spoke about Gretchen Rossi’s restraining order against her ex, Jay Photoglou.

Tamara, who’s had a long-time feud with Gretchen on the show, was subpoenaed to appear in court as a witness in Gretchen’s restraining order case. To bad it was a waste of time because Gretchen didn’t even show up with her attorney. She said, “I showed up in court only to find out the charges were dismissed after waiting 30 minutes. I find it strange for Gretchen, whom allegedly feared for her life because of this ‘stalker,’ wouldn’t even appear in Court for her hearing.” She then concluded the sentence with, “This speaks volumes about her character.” Ouch.

Since Gretchen didn’t show up to the hearing against Photoglou, all charges were dropped. Tamara did say that he was very apologetic in that she showed up for nothing.
